APW - Hamilton, Grade 994, 21J, 16S, white gold-filled OF Hamilton Model 2 bar-over-crown recase, white enamel DS dial, SW-LS, fully capped lever escapement, fishscale pattern nickel damascene, s#1155407. A scarce watch, the total production of this lever-set version of the Grade 994 was 800 made.
CONDITION:
Mvt: Running, excellent-plus cosmetic mvt condition overall, bright lustrous plates, few minuscule nicks to plate next to balance jewel, few specks of oxide to larger winding wheel and regulator assembly; dial with few hls scattered to lower portion of outer chapter, few scattered short ultra-fine surface scratches; fine-plus hands; case shows little wear, profuse micro-fine scratches to rear, no dents or dings; tight bow, crown shows substantial wear; good glass crystal.
